Time boxing : PlayWander

Time boxing is a time management idea that originated in the field of agile software development (Agile Software Development). The idea here is that you plan to allocate a fixed and maximum amount of time to a particular task and complete it within the specified time frame.

Example: You are assigned by your boss to design the interface of time management software, you do not want to spend all morning do that. You can pack 30 minutes for the design and force it to be done in 30 minutes.
