Saint Patrick's Alumni Network : AlmaShines

St. Patrick’s Alumni Network (SPAN) is an alumni app for the members of St. Patrick’s High School, Secunderabad, Telangana, India. With this app, the St. Patrick’s High School alumni can find their fellow alumni, share their moments, participate in institute and alumni events and keep themselves posted on the activities of the institute and alumni network.

With changing times, the old bye-laws of SPAN required changes to cater to the demands of the alumni in the 21st Century. There was a need to add more enthusiasm to SPAN in every possible way, right from changing the governing rules to constituting a new Governing Body, to rejuvenate the true spirit of SPAN and foster the belongingness & brotherhood.

To make SPAN a legal entity it was registered under the Telangana Societies Act as a not-for-profit entity in April 2023. This facilitated the completion of the statutory requirements and further paved a path to get Income Tax Exemption (12AA) and the 80G registrations in place. This has strengthened the SPAN and laid a solid foundation for further growth and be useful to our alma mater St. Patrick's High School.
