App to help owner trainers of assistance dogs manage their dog's training. Includes ability to create PDF training logs, monitor hours trained, tasks being trained, and flea, worming, and vaccination treatments in the dashboard.
Also includes ability to collect the details and eSignatures of a health professional for a disability declaration and a trainer for a PAT declaration and create a PDF document that includes any of these details that have been collected, plus overall hours trained.
