This application enables owners to manage their units through many of the features that the application contains, such as:

1- Services: where the owner can request the service he desires from among maintenance, cleaning, services, etc.
2- The gate: where the owner can send invitations to his friends to be able to visit him within the project.
3- Bills: through which it is possible to track his dues and financial payments for the project.
4- Community: a section for project members to get to know each other and meet.
5- Rent: The applicant can view his unit for rent and also review the units offered for rent within the project
6- Events: There is a special section for the events that take place in the project
