Anime School Animal Love Story is an anime 3D action game with elements of yandere and RPG, set in a school. The main character, Ayano, is a typical yandere character who arrives at school only to discover that instead of regular students, she is faced with mutant animals. These mutants were once her classmates, and now she must fight them, explore the school, uncover secrets, and find a way to restore her friends to their normal forms.

Ayano must not only battle the mutants but also save her friends from being further infected and find a way to stop the spread of the mutation. Throughout the game, she will uncover the mystery behind the mutants and search for a solution to stop this terrifying phenomenon. The game features 15 levels, each filled with action, puzzles, and boss battles.

Players will need to purchase weapons and clothing, which provide protection and improve Ayano's abilities, helping her survive in this dangerous situation. Clothing and weapons are crucial in battles with mutants and powerful bosses. Ayano also meets her love, Taro, and her feelings for him become more intense and dangerous, adding yandere elements to the storyline.
