App will guide you to perform a test to determine your current pushup level. Then you can select the days of week on which you want to perform your pushups routine. On the scheduled day, the number of total pushups for the day is presented. This is broken in smaller sets so that the body can rest and restore strength. Follow the training program and see yourself performing 150 pushups in a few weeks time.
