Boise Parks and Recreation
We proudly maintain more than 97 parks across the City of Boise, 220 miles of Ridge to Rivers trails in the Boise Foothills, 25 miles of the Boise River Greenbelt pathway and 5,000 acres of open space. The department's recreational facilities include Zoo Boise, Warm Springs Golf Course, Quail Hollow Golf Course, outdoor pools, Fort Boise Community Center, the Dick Eardley Senior Center, and Idaho IceWorld.
From art to drama, dance classes to fitness programs, educational nature tours to special events, there’s something for everyone! Plus, we serve hundreds of children after class at our school-based community centers. Boise Parks and Recreation is also proud to offer an Adaptive Recreation program that serves children and adults with disabilities. We are proud to serve the Boise community and offer exceptional programming and outdoor recreation opportunities for all!
